We encourage our customers to pick up their new bike directly from the store. This ensures you can get your bike fully set up by one of our Cytech qualified mechanics. We'll get the bike fitted to you and your riding style, controls adjusted and suspension set-up. Providing a comprehensive hand over in-store means you leave the shop ready to ride!
Nationwide Delivery
For delivery we pre-assemble then rebox all bikes, this ensures your new bike is delivered to you in top condition. All bikes are a little different and require a minimum level of assembly by you, we will provide instructions to help with this, along with our lovely staff being available on the phone for any questions.
